Finished my bird rogue concept in 3dsmax with some basic poses. His head feathers ended up having almost twice as much triangles as his entire body, but they look sooo cool HAHAHAl!

A quick turn-table style showing off my new healer character model. It was a challenge getting her to deform properly, but ended up animation well with some logical limitations. I wish I could get the particles a little brighter, but seem to be running into trouble because of the opacity ramp effecting the brightness of the particle texture. In the end I am very happy with the final result which took me about a week to complete, I hope to use her in a quick short I am working on in my personal time this summer.
